Terms And Conditions

By registering for a CPR certification class with TruCPR, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Online Certificate Completion: You agree to complete the online certification course provided by AHA at least 4 hours before the scheduled class start time. Failure to do so may result in the inability to participate in the class.

  2. Payment Policy: Payment for the CPR certification class must be made in full at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. Failure to pay the invoice by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your registration.

  3. Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Cancellation can only be made online. No other methods are acceptable. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100%/ NO REFUND of the services booked. In the case of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, 100% of the services booked will be charged. The cancellation policy applies even if you book an appointment on the same day. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date, as you will receive an appointment reminder via email. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, anything after that you will be considered a no-show. If a service provider can accommodate you after the grace period, a $25 inconvenience fee will be applied. For no-shows failure to attend the scheduled class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your registration fee, and you will not be eligible for a refund. The cancellation policy remains the same for all services.

  4. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your CPR certification class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling 5 hours or less before your appointment will result in a cancellation of your appointment.

  5. Class Requirements: Participants must arrive on time and fully prepared for the class. This includes completing the online certification course, bringing any required materials, and adhering to any additional instructions provided by TruCPR.

  6. Health and Safety: TruCPR prioritizes the health and safety of all participants. By attending the class, you agree to comply with any health and safety protocols implemented by TruCPR, including but not limited to wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and following proper hygiene practices.

  7. Liability Waiver: TruCPR and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the CPR certification class. Participants attend the class at their own risk.

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: TruCPR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
